Dell Cove Spice created their Coral colored cocktail rim sugar when some friends asked if they could make a batch of apple-infused bellinis with the wine they brought back from Napa. The rim sugar? It adds the perfect pretty touch - a true coral pink, with just a hint of red and orange undertone. We loved the sparkle this added to the usual drink garnish.
The result: A relaxed brunch filled with stories about wine country (and a long, lazy nap in the sun after everyone left).
INGREDIENTS: Organic sugar, vegetable-based food coloring, artificial food coloring, confectioner's glaze.
